Among the vast array of manufacturing processes that occur at this facility, their metal finishing department is among the most important. Parts are sanded, grinded and deburred to achieve accurate tolerances and a fine finish. Location: Gardena, CA Installation Date: 2005 Type of Polutant: Assorted metal dust including Aluminum and Titanium Airflow: 5,000 CFM Capture Method: Source Capture Method. Each Grinder and Sander is equipped with a custom fabricated Source Capture Hood.		Filtration System: A 5,000 cfm Wet Type Dust Collector. Due to the explosive nature of Aluminum and Titanium, a Wet Collector was required. The unit is exhaust outside due to humidity that escapes the exhaust end of a Wet Collector.
