Case Study 2 Precision metalworking for the Aerospace and Aircraft Industries. Location: El Monte, CA Installation Date: 2001 Type of Pollutant: Coolant Mist Airflow: (3) 1,000 cfm units Capture Method: Source Capture. Each CNC Lathe was equipped with a machine mountable Air Cleaning System. The Air Cleaners were ducted into the CNC Cabinet, thus putting the cabinet under a negative pressure to remove airborne coolant mist.		Quick-disconnect clamp together ducting was utilized to allow cleaning of duct if necessary. Filtration System: A total of (3) 1,000 cfm Electrostatic Precipitator type Air Cleaners Installed.
