Custom metal castings for the Aerospace and Defense Industries. The castings are taken to the Finishing Department where multiple metal finishing operations, such as sanding, grinding and deburring takes place.

Source Capture. All of the finishing machines were equipped with custom fabricated Source Capture Hoods for fast, at-the-source capture of the dust.

Filtration System:
A Self-Cleaning (32) Cartridge Dust Collection System was installed. The unit was ducted into the building and connected to all of the Source Capture Hoods. The ground mount fan was mounted on a custom fabricated mezzanine to save valuable floor space outside. The unit was equipped with Explosion Relief Panels thus meeting Local Fire Code and The National Fire Protection Agency requirements for collection of Aluminum Dust.
